Great pool, parking on-site. A patio and it's own balcony in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. A wide array of reasonably good and varied breakfast options. Food was delicious, staff was outstandingly accommodating and amicable. Particularly good location in everything they were doing and absolutely fabulous rooms.
Not so clean bathroom.

Particularly good and rich breakfast - 4 star level. Particularly good location to the caves, in the great area. - Appetising food in the restaurants such as La Grande Luna, located 15 min away. Rewritten: The breakfast was wonderful, on par with a 4-star level. the location of Palumbokendwa was particularly good for visiting the nearby caves in a great area. Additionally, the restaurants around, like La Grande Luna just a 15-minute drive away, served appetizing food.

Exceptional Customer Service
During my recent stay at a hotel in Zanzibar, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service at Palumbokendwa. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. One particular instance stood out to me. When I encountered a problem with my room, the staff immediately addressed it and went out of their way to find a solution that exceeded my expectations. Their prompt and efficient response truly made a difference in my overall experience.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as limited food options and a distance from the beach, the outstanding customer service I received at Palumbokendwa outweighed these concerns. The staff's genuine care and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction made me feel like a valued customer throughout my stay.

The best part of our stay was the breathtaking view from the terrace of our room. We could see all the islands in the Indian Ocean, it was truly mesmerizing. Another great aspect was the amazing buffet food. We were spoilt for choice with the variety of delicious dishes available. One more advantage we enjoyed was the friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel right at home and were always ready to assist with any request.
That the advertised amenities in the room were not fully provided. We expected to have a coffee and tea set, a TV, a bathtub, and a fridge in our room.

The hotel we stayed at for Christmas was fantastic! The rooms were clean and cozy, with great air conditioning and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, with fresh fruit and pancakes made to order. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by friendly locals. The pool was also phenomenal, with plenty of space and loungers to relax and soak up the sun.
The poor wifi, which was only available in certain areas of the hotel. It was difficult to stay connected and check in with family back home.
